A Carolina classic whole home renovation.

Existing Richmond clients decided to make a big move down to Raleigh to raise their growing family - with one requirement: that Ashley help with the renovation and interiors for the new home in North Carolina. It was an easy yes for Ashley after previously working with these clients on the renovation of their Richmond home. A competitive housing market in Raleigh made for tricky house hunting until they came across a home in their desired neighborhood that would be close to family. It had great bones and square footage, but it was in need a refresh and some tweaks to the floor plan. Working with the clients’ existing pieces from their Richmond home and creating a more suitable flow through the home, Ashley delicately blended the new and the old, along with sprinkling in architectural details that feel more true to the home’s Georgian roots.
